Hi, I'm Tara.
I'm a licensed clinical psychologist, coach, and consultant with a passion for ethical, intentional, and informed therapy that works.
My clinical work centers on adults navigating trauma, anxiety, identity exploration, disordered eating, neurodivergence, and the kind of complicated inner terrain that doesn't fit neatly into a diagnosis. I draw from a humanistic and attachment-based foundation, and integrate EMDR, somatic and yoga-informed practices, polyvagal theory, and CBT, DBT, and ACT to support nervous system regulation, self-compassion, and values-aligned living.
Beyond individual therapy, I offer coaching for adults seeking support with nervous system regulation, executive function, and parenting. Coaching differs from psychotherapy in that there is not a mental health diagnosis or treatment plan, and sessions focus more specifically on skills-enhancement aimed at progressing toward specific life and functional goals.
I also provide consultation for therapists and mental health professionals who want to grow their clinical skills, work through complex cases, and sustain themselves in the process.
In any service I deliver, my approach is grounded in values of curiosity, authenticity, compassion, and trust in each person’s capacity for healing and wholeness.
